Forms of Therapy

EMDR

  • A newer type of therapy that uses bilateral movements to process traumatic memories.

DBT

  • An evidenced based therapy that derives from CBT and aims to help people to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with herder feelings while improving relationships with others. Dialectical behavior therapy combines strategies like acceptance, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.

CBT

  • An evidenced based therapy that aims to help manage symptoms like anxiety, anger, depression among other mental health conditions. CBT can help build your coping skills and give you new tools to change unhelpful patterns.

EFFT

  • Rooted in restoring connections and promoting resilience in family relationships. EFFT can be offered in individual, couple, or family sessions.
